Things i would probably find very hard to live without

Hello ladies/fellas long time no see <3

Yes once again, i took a break. having a blog is very hardwork. i commend those who update everyday i couldnt do that, its hard enough as it is lolol.

so anyway, i really thought about a new post. and
something that interests a lot of individuals including myself is things people cannot live without.
now this post is not strong as 'cannot live without' because i probably could. its just i wouldnt want to survive without these. haha.

we live in a very materialistic world and i hardly regard anything special in my life if its a manmade object.
in theory the only things i couldn't live without is Family and friends, and wouldn't be here till this day
so thank you, all of those i regard as friends. and all my family. i love you dearly!

So lets get started right? i'll do a gradual breakdown in what is important to me. but i wont make this a massive essay lol :D feel free to tell me how boring i am lol

so Health, Cosmetics, hair wise

here we go.

Here we have the goodies.

Probably would find it hard to live without

My supplements
then again it is my job to sell them, i just had so many positive experiences with all natural plants,
and food sources. i find it a tragedy that the government is doing whatever it can to ruin the market for natural supplements and vitamins, big pharma wins again i guess?. but in particular, Hemp seed oil i take almost everyday without fail, its a great moisturizer for my body. keeps my heart healthy and running the way it should, keeps me alert, and my IQ high LOL contains all my needed Omegas and vitamin E, also i take Vitamin C! i don't eat enough oranges to get all my C's unfortunately so that's why i supplement it in my diet. also Marine collagen and glucosamine cause i run a lot  and work in retail (if i sat down i would get fired) so i ache like a bitch, the collagen for my skin is such an added bonus LOL :), Spirulina the worlds greatest superfood source, its algae, and people could eat it forever and it would contain all your basic vitamins and minerals to keep you away from illness. i have to supplement it as it would be far to expensive to eat it everyday as its not widely farmed... hydroxytryptophan to keep me happy during that horrible time of the month lol, L-carnitine for my running, helps keep me going for longer, protein which converts itself into an amino acid and also tricks the body into burning fat stores when doing cardio, don't take it as i used to as my legs are pure steel muscle man....like wtf...lolol

now moving on.
My hair
cant really live without those GHDS (£100) that will be soon replaced by joico's as i have a crack in mine *sad face*

Organic Shampoos such as Dr organic's royal jelly. (£5.40) I rarely use anything synthetic in my hair anymore. it doesnt have to be dr organic as a brand but just anything natural tbh. i feel the difference when i use natural stuff.

OSIS Schwarzkopf Hair care line (In salons or beauty supply)
The waving spritz (surfs up about £8) make my hair super nice moisturized and brings out my natural wave.
i also love the flattening blow drying liquid smells a bit too nice tho (£9+)

now moving on to moi face.
I use dr organic Tea tree facial wash (£6-£7) everyday, and also avalon organics vitamin C facial wash ($6 or £7-£8 over here) when i need a bit of a pick me up (I suffer with dull olive skin sometimes). i couldn't wish to live without them. im fine with the skincare line i use and would feel lost without their creamy goodness :( it is also natural, vegan friendly, beautiful formula and feels great, protip:; if you want better skin. dont keep using drugstore crap you gotta invest and it will certainly be worth it beyond belief <3

(i nearly died after writing that piece cause i closed the page by accident and i was like OMGWTFBBQ.......) LMAO thank you blogspot for drafting this baby up.

so anyway i always forget to take my make up off but when i dont.

i use the botanical collection which is organic (£5?) and i also use pure olive oil in my cuboard that would give any expensive kanebo or other raved about asian oil a run for its money
and its all free in your house.

you see a pack of nuts? yeah nuts im nuts for nuts. i'll eat em anywhere. i pick up a cute packet of nuts and they'll last me a while cause i eat a few each day :). keeps all those essential fats and that much needed energy in me all day.

couldnt do much without my lippys, but they better be extremely moisturizing ;;inset:: No7 moisture drench £10, Bourjois Dr Glamour lipstick £4, i care a lot about the wear and tear of my lips too so i keep them covered with a born lippy from bodyshop cant beat it! £4?

i would scream without my eyebrow pencil too....bit extreme but i need my eyebrows looking thick & luscious FAST! I use a rimmel £3 in hazels browns and blonde.

Bronzer is a must have for me in my rushing days out, i need my cheekbones standing out and looking glowing!

Concealer for my under eyes hides last nights activities from natural collection.

blush from sleek cause i like to stand out :) £4?

essie nail polish because you cannot go wrong with a bit of essie. ;) ( i have a massive stash i need to get through still lol)

last but not leasts:
my trusty princess mirror from denmark lisbeth dahl so beautiful. the cheapest item i brought in denmark....no idea how or why.

and all my items are laying on a large microdermabrasion cloth from Stan in the USA. Yes thank you stan. best cloth i ever brought LOL u thinking wtf she brought a cloth from america? yes i did. and damn happy i did that, brilliant stuff. nice to see new skin unveiling itself days after use.

I'll carry on with a part two otherwise this shitt be toooo long lol

thank you for reading, please tell me what you cant live without. maybe post about it cause im  interested xxxo

I'm back -.- again...with a recipe this time: Maki's Antioxidant Orange Skittle Juice Smoothie?

Hi guys, after recently deciding i need to take my mind of things, ive gone back to the aliance that is blogspot and twitter (@mistii) :). i'm interested in finding more great bloggers, besides the wonderful follower's of mine that make great posts.

ive forgot to review plenty of things but i'll make time to do it all in the next 2 weeks, or week in case i get this job ive applied for.

:) the revlon naturals mascara will get reviewed dont worry, and some other bits.

ディドユーノーアイキャンスピークジャパニーズ....
 i bet you didnt :L
Anyways, i had a banana, one that was unusable too :( so i literally had one banana and two oranges to use for a smoothie and if anybody knows me, they know i dont use dairy yoghurt, or dairy at all, i only use it if its for tea or cereal otherwise i use alternative like soy or hemp and i like cheese...not too much tho

i put water the whole banana, the pealed oranges and 2  tables spoon full of zest (for the hell of it)
half a teaspoon of Hemp seed Oil, and a teaspoon of 10+ power Manuka Honey.

After i blended it, i gave a shot of it to my brother, and of course he hates it (cause he's anti natural) super bad diet.

i however liked it and thought it tasted like a skittle. i think my recipe is unique with the blend.
if you try it please tell me, its given me my 2 a day in fruits. and im buzzing like a bee on crack right now (too much juice energy)

This blend of hemp oil will give you a great value of your Omega 3, 6, & 9s wonderful :)!
it will also give you beautiful soft skin, healthy organs, moisturises your skin from inside and protects you from radicals, (whys hemp illegal to grow wtf?)

The vitamin C from the two (large) oranges is equivalent to about 120mg of  pure ascorbic vitamin C
which will protect you from the free radicals, nasty cells, give you lots of energy, bright energetic skin and soft hair, will also promote antioxidant activity helps you to get over colds etc

and the strong antioxidant power from the pure New Zealand Manuka Honey in Power of 10+
it is also anti bacterial, energizing, good for body and hair. wounds, tastes much better than normal sickly honey too!

And of course the potassium of the banana, which is better than drinking one of those shit vitacoco's whatever its called. ripoffcoco.

(;
hope your all having a good day
<3

Been a while! Haul + Finally found something (:

Hello Gals (:
Just updating, had a hectic weekend.
putting a long story short, here in England we've had an extremely hot weekend. and its been almost unbearable tbh!. my boyfriend got his car locked in a parking place, my boyfriend brought me my first starbucks frappuchino after 5 minutes of refusing to enter Starbucks, due to their inhumane efforts at paying their coffee baggers a fair wage LOL, it started off tasty, ended up shit (excuse my language i have a habit of that). also did you know people are getting ID'd for energy drinks now? i hate energy drinks but my boyfriend got id'd for one this weekend luckily enough he has id on him but the whole thing was silly, i also found out that a cheap store here called the 99p shop (for those who dont know is a concession shop which has mostly discontinued or overstocked products at 99p) has got Rimmel lipsticks, and i literally picked one up and saw the shade and DA DA DAAAAAAAAAAAH, its the shade i have been after for ages, and online has been out of stock for a while. or priced at 2.50 or 3.00. being the cheapskate i was extremely lucky to find it in there so happy!! i also did a quick shop In Superdrug, which i purchased another gift for my bf (his birthday Wednesday), also i saw that a special offer was on collection 2000, buy 2 products get a free lipgloss.
I was standing there dumbfounded cause i dont buy collection 2000 cause i believe you get what you pay for, and collection 2000 is one of the cheapest makes out there, and my first purchase of lipgloss at 12 years old lmao so i dodge the brand.and just swooped up a blush i had previously ran out of from their line. and tried one of their lipglosses called lock n hold in colour body pop. and OMG it is goooorgeous. and of course i got a free lipgloss which is some random squeezey tube.
im very impressed with the lock n hold and i am no longer going to criticize collection 2000.
thats a promise guys! scouts honour, so anyways i will be leaving for bedtiemzz now. but i'll be back to swatch and post the pictures and stuff. hopefully you'll carry on reading me but i know im slacking lately :(

Products I Really Regret Buying Since Last year :(

Hello (:

I was thinking about making a post like this a while ago but didn't want to make so many negative posts.
So here i am writing this. in essence this will probably take away from the guilt of how many gimmicky products i've brought in the last year or so, my bank balance is building because i'm buying less and less. and buying quality not quantity = little amounts used = less money spent
I'm going to give you all the awareness of why i dislike and why products didnt work for me.

so im going to start with foundations!

we all love making ourselves look a little short of perfection with our base on our face.
since last year ive moved so far away from foundation that if someone was to bring one to me, i am a negative magnet and it will repel from me, this is not because of too many bad experiences but because i am trying to look healthy from within my natural face. and find even a peasize ammount of foundation gives me a slick and false look about my face, however that doesnt mean that foundation didnt look good on me at all. its just im trying to look more ordinary and less, 'omg shes wearing foundation' look. which happens everytime i apply the littlest bit of it.

why am i going on? well i brought a foundation from boots last year from the rimmel line.
and rimmel has never been anything but brilliant for me tbh, i entered a competion last year and won their 'new' foundation at the time which was the stay matte foundation (beige and green tube) which was hitting on fantastic for me and i loved every last drop from the tube! recommend that one completely.
so after being extremely won over by rimmel i decided to buy the Match perfection foundation.

gives me the creeps just saying that name now tbh.
can i just say, i hate strong fragrance in foundation and avoid it usually like the plague, but made the mistake of buying when i was coming down with bad ass hay-fever so couldnt tell at the time.
The foundation smells so strong, like a parfume and i really hated it.
after applying the smell goes away but really slowly.
the texture is greasy and oily and often was the cause of my breakouts. ( i assume)
because i had been broke for a while i was using this till i couldnt take no more and usually had to powder hard on my face to get it to stay on there without dripping off and making me look like a mess.
just curiously i looked on the blogspot to see if other ladies had the same problems as i did.
it seemed like most of them disliked it too. but one lady shattered my whole earth by saying
"I RECOMMEND THIS FOUNDATION TO ALL PEOPLE AND TEENAGERS ITS FANTASTIC!"

LOL WAT, teenagers dont try this at home.
dont do it!!!!
i beg of you

If you are extremely sensitive or just average in oils on your face dont even bother.
This foundation was the biggest pain in my life lol. slapping this on while going to college fixing overheating computers? yeah that's a disaster lol

ew gross i just dont wanna talk about it anymore.

so onto the next of my death wish haha
is l'oreal bare naturale powdered mineral foundation

i brought this from the states and i dont hate this as much as the match perfection (chills*) lol
it's kinda like a mineral foundation but its not
i dont know what it is, just made my face look messy and weirdly ashy, but strangely enough although buying a beige which is a universal colour which goes with my olive skin, it came out quite reddish undertones to it. and it was very difficult to blend with my skin unlike most mineral foundations.
it also oxidized really quick leaving me with my bare skin i had before but a more ashy look to it. so that's why they call it bare? lmao,
i gave it to my mum who rarely uses it so sadly its not one for either of us.
*thumbs down l'oreal*

Next Product is
Aubrey Organics Lip Balm In TANGY TANGERINE

Please its not in my nature to diss natural and organic produce because i love it
but *WRETCH*
this is diiiiisgusting. and you think how can you even go wrong with a lovely orange lip balm?
You can, i didnt believe it but after trying this i know now
It's a horrible sickly smell to it. doesnt really smell like oranges or tangerines at all. more of a gross scent of it that tastes and smells synthetic and must have so much beeswax in it that it just killed itself.
I dont know why, but it's not for me. think im going to try a yes to carrots in future, cause they have never let me down as a company.
Give this a miss, but do check out Aubrey organics other products as their line is fantastic, just void off those lipbalms tho, dont even try! lol

So thats all to my post, hope you've taken this in.
Although what may not work for me may work for you, and i am not trying to give these companies a bad name as i have various products from each line which i find good or better.

<333

whats the worst product you have brought before?

Review + swatch: Max factor Vivid Impact Lipstick in Skinny Dip Best nude for olive skin? yes

 Heyyy guys <3
i know its been a while. but i didn't think just showing a swatch and a lipstick was substantial enough for a post.
I've actually been contemplating deleting my blog as i feel like my posts aren't good enough hhaa.
anyway, I'm here and onto the product.
I brought Max factor Vivid Impact lipstick in Skinny Dip (I believe vivid impact has been discontinued now :( )
i searched thousands of blogs in my time in order to see what nudey colour will suit a olive complexion
I wasn't going to go for Gosh darling, that's a corpse colour, i wasn't going to go for a mac. because im anti mac cosmetics (listen ladies you can get the same quality product for less money, your just buying a status label) & I wasnt going to go for rimmel's nude, and revlon's nude.
so it left me with hardly any choices.
In retrospect is a nude supposed to look pale? or is it supposed to look like your natural lip colour?
im still having that debate with myself. but have found that nudes that look close to my lip colour with tints of pink or peach look really nice on me
I also love L'oreal colour Juice stick in Personali-tea which is gorgeous, but more mocha nude. so brightening up max factor vivid impact in skinny dip was perfect to me.
after buying it, i swatched it on my hand and it came out a really nice light pink nude.
and on my lips i think it looks even better.

Heres the pics.

The Lipstick :)
And here is what it looks like on the lips
my greasy face, and messy room sorry :) still the the lipstick is gorgeous
As you can tell by my smile on the photo i really liked this lipstick, actually its borderline one of my faves forever now as long as i can still get it somehow. and ive only had it a week!!

Good points:

Really Lovely Colour
i enjoyed applying as it wasn't making my lip cracks look any worse than they were already
The formula is pretty creamy and not too thick.
quite a bit of product for your money.
Good company ethics
Really nice to wear as a pink nude, will suit almost all people!
Stays for pretty long if you layer it and butt it out on a tissue.
creamy & moist.
no frost or sparkle. and no gritty texture
Cheap-ish?
Great pigmentation
you'll love it :)

Neutral Points:
Can run out of it quick if your an avid lipstick user
Ordinary Lipstick Scent

Bad Points:
will need touchups during the day if you want your lipstick to stay punchy
a subtle colour not bright if your into brights
You will become depressed if you can never find the product again (because its discontinued)
PS. (my tip is to buy from ebay, they will almost always have it listed as sellers want to rid their stock)

My Overall Reaction to this product is
It's a fantastic gorgeous shade that suits almost anybody, it is lovely and soft on the lips and doesn't exaggerate lines or cracks. its universal and usually found cheap for all of us to indulge in
although you may run out fast due to being so in love with it, you will be able to find at least some online. it is not as nude as a expected, more of a milky pink, kind of like a pinker tone of peach apricot honey lipgloss by melliesh.
as you can see below

and im giving this my first 5 star rating, im in love with it, i think everyone deserves to try it!

have you tried vivid impact lipsticks before? this is my first one so how do you feel about one that you have tried?

Late night early morning online shopping + Being Brokeish or tight? :/

hiyaa <3
just wanted to give you all a quick update.
(by golly its 3:15 am?!)
basically i havent brought myself much that pampers myself recently so i decided. yep im gonna do it.
GASP!
buy myself stuff.
seems rediculous cause i buy, and review stuff and make haul posts.
but in all honesty i rarely buy myself stuff.
im super tight and it makes me think i am really broke sometimes when im not.
(i must have been an jew in my previous life. oo burn)
so ive got to pull my tights up and start buying stuff regularly, in order to fight the battle of tightness
i mean, i need new clothes badly too!
(dispite most clothes in shops atm are shit- soz for my french)
i think i worry too much about money, incase something bad was to happen.
my boyfriend is 'going' to get me a ps3 slim this year, and its gonna be a boyfriend finance. so im gonna be paying him back in intervals cause i still want to know that i have money there without taking a huge chunk out and being like, noice one! haha. bless him though, he understands.

so i just brought

MAX FACTOR LIPSTICK IN SKINNY DIP 020.
(creamy nudey pink for olive/tan/med tones) woop! excited about this. i have no 'apparent nudes'
what i mean by that is the nudes that look like nudes. cause i have nudes that look like lipglosses, and more of a mlbb which is not always the point of a nude isit ladies :]

& Another pair of cultured pearl earrings , i have akoya but guess what, they have decided to hide themselves..... sometimes when i lose things i love i go into a Bill O Reilly freak out mode

I'm quite tired now, but
Your boss will hear more from me soon.

Same Lipstick, Different Packaging Same obsession! No7 Lipstick + swatch, KANYE WEST SPEAKS! + RANT

(: Long time no see, jk lol

my second post today i hope you all arent too mad with me, but i had too much to say!
I'm basically going to be reviewing

NO7 Moisture Drench Lipstick
In Shade -20 Starshell with SPF 15.

I'm going to start to review this with a boots description
"
No7 Moisture Drench Lipstick now has a new and improved formula that nourishes your lips, making it our most moisturising lipstick. It keeps them smooth, soft and full with colour.
  • Hypo-allergenic
  • Fragrance free
  • SPF 15 "

i think my favourite lipstick deserves a little novel, please bare with me + read on <3
How my Obsession Started

I brought one of these last year spring time for a neutral type colour that will suit my olive skin.
it arrived days later in the post and i tore that packaging like nobodies business sat down and swatched the colour on the back of my hand, didnt amaze me, but it looked nice.
I then smothered it on my lips and noticed how dry my lips were before
so it took a day or two before i decided to scrub my lips with a toothbrush and homemade scrub (will show u how to make one in the future on my blog) and then took to the mirror with lipstick in hand to apply onto my newly babysoft but sore looking lips, i again smothered it on and noticed the colour was a lot different than the day before, it was more nude. but maybe it was just because my lips were awful looking the days before.
from then on i started using it practically every other day of the week and a lot on the weekends.
i got the lipstick very cheap from a wholesaler that buys from boots.
so i decided i'm going to get more, so i got another.
i still have the first lipstick and its not even empty yet so it shows you just how long these last.
i then brought another that i proceeded to give to my mum who also loved the lipstick who nearly stole another of these from me. so i decided to buy her another colour for her bd so i could coax her onto it so she didnt steal mine. (although i brought her one lol strange woman).
i got her shade 'chic' but i could be completely wrong as it was a while ago.
she wears that shade all the time, its almost as if no7 has taken over her life.
so recently i found the lipstick again because it had hidden itself from me
(probably cause it knew i was gonna use it all)
and then decided i needed a new lot because i hate using half gone lipsticks on ones i love
brought it again from another cheap wholesaler.
and when it arrived i noticed the packaging was different.
checked on the website and indeed they changed their formula which seemed why the packaging also changed.

PS CAN I JUST SAY, NEVER BUY FROM BOOTS WEBSITE IF LOOKING AT THEIR SHADE CHART, IT IS STUPID AND NONE OF THE COLOURS LOOK LIKE ONES YOU WILL RECIEVE. JUST A WARNING I DONT WANT ANYBODY TO BUY AND GET A PINK LIPSTICK WHEN THEY ORDERED A BROWN. (whoever did the colour chart is a massive retard)

Here's a picture of the lipstick on my lips, it looks more pink here but i can assure you its more nudey peach. you'll love it

between the two on the lips they both feel and look the same.
so let's get down to business with the pros and cons

Pros:
the shade is almost a MLBB shade.
i would say it was almost a nude but a peachy one.
its a shade that would look gorgeous on all skin tones!
has no scent or smell to it thank heavens :)
Can be cheap if brought elsewhere
one of the best lipsticks you'll have in your collection
very moisturising soft & gorgeous.
SPF 15 is better than none at all
Luxurous lipstick that lasts a long time.

CONS:
PRICE if brought from boots directly it will set you back £10.00 while this isnt breaking the bank its too much for my tiny brain to conjile therefore i leave a lot of expensive brands away unless they are immediately affecting me i.e facial cream, wash & foriegn brands.
have some ££ at the ready if you use lipstick up fast!
COLOUR CHART ON BOOTS.COM IS ABSOLUTELY ATTROCIOUS KILL IT WITH FIRE

you will need to find swatches and reviews on peoples blogs to find out the real colours & shiz
its easy to make mistakes with a moist lipstick especially if you get a deep colour.

i love this lipstick and will time and time again purchase it before i find a better one.
I also love Loreal colour juice lipstick in PERSONALI TEA. but its discontinued and im having to find weird measures in securing these babies. so i cant say its my all time favourite like no7 has been.
you should def try it out! especially if you can find it cheaper elsewhere.
5 hearts
Perfect & goes with anything.

Just questions for you <3
have you tried any no7 products? if so what ones? do you find boots website reliable? cause i dont -.-

Also a little rant.

Today i got slightly annoyed with my hair colour, im trying to fight my natural tone of red in my hair (No im not a redhead at all, ive just got naturally warmer hair so by counteracting it with ash it eventually comes back) its super annoying and i really want to dye my hair dark again but the last time i done that was ages ago and my hair went horribly dry and stuff ewww.
so anyway what really irked me is the fact while searching for hair colours that would suit olive and tanned skin
. i came across very punchy individuals that decided.

NO YOU CANNOT HAVE ANY COLOUR HAIR THAN DARK BROWN & BLACK.
Cause your mediteranian or olive, or tanned.

wtf? its almost like its racism but about hair colour, i dont get it.
Nobody would have the audacity to meet lady gaga, beyonce, jennifer lopez, & gwen steffani and tell them all to change their wigs? so why do people think they have the right to tell you what you can and cant have as a colour on your hair.
im very boring with my hair colour, and have been roughly between 4 shades for the last 3 years and i think its time i do something new.

you can tell someone you think a colour would look better on them than another ofc thats honesty
but telling someone NO YOU CANT CAUSE YOU ARE OLIVE IS PURE RUDE

my moral of the story is
You can have whatever hair colour you want to have, if its for fashion or you think it brings out your features.
stop looking for other peoples opinions like i did. i really think it sucks people behave in that way.
& EXPRESSING yourself is one thing that is always suppressed. and i think this world would become a better place to live in if we all did our own thing.

hope you have enjoyed this post.
i'll be back in no time with another review ladies. follow, favourite or keep checking back

Here i am! HAUL + A CHEAP/FREE NATURAL WAY TO SAY GOODBYE SPLIT ENDS

Hellooooo everybody <3

I've decided to make another post cause' i havent made one in quite a while and felt like im negelecting the blog.
I'm trying not too, ive just had trouble deciding what to post next because i have a lot to show & tell ;D
What i have today, is a few posts in a day, sorry if you feel like i am spamming your following list.
I'm very bad at organising myself. so 2 or 3 posts today on my blog

however, in this post, im gonna share with you the goodies i have brought in the last week.

i was trailing around work on saturday and i decided to pick up a hair, nails, skin suppliment. as im runing out of hair care nutrients by life plan
seeing as it was on half price and i get a staff discount too. so bargain.
cant say where i work for obvious reasons because i dont want to promote it.
but if you look closely in the picture you'll see where i got them from.
The pills are the long kind that i hate, and the smell and taste of them are very sugary, and leaves a taste in your mouth that u may not be able to bare, i nearly threw up at work after taking them. washing it down with 'skinny cola' didnt exactly help either lol.
but hey ho! it's my hair so im taking these for as long as i can suffice.
i also brought on the far right, 'japanese magical eyebrow set' from ebay uk which came with free eyelashes. and 5 eyebrow stencils, all which i found to be way too 'thin' for me too use, and i came to the conculsion that my eyebrows suit me the way they are. so yeah :') im still contemplating using them and im going to wear the lashes out sometime.
i also brought clear complexion tablets for my KP i dont have acne so im wondering if it will help at all.
i got these on clearance from my local 24 hour supermarket.
lets see if they work i'll keep u updated ;D

I also got dr organics tea tree oil facial wash, which is about £6.10 i think but i got staff discount so it cost me less. so far it seems to be drying my spots and shrinking them but that could be the effect of either one of the items im using, although the facial wash hasnt broken me out or anything bad and lathers really well so spot on!

I now want to show you a neat treatment i have been using on and off for the past few months.
the natural or free recipe for your hair,
and the main ingredient you ask???

DRUM ROLLLLLL

COCOCOCOCONUT OIIILLLL
You can probably find it in your kitchen if you use it for cooking,
IF not you can do what i did and stumble across a spice shop and buy one.
Set me back £2.49 which is hardly breaking the bank and for 500mls you are getting more value for your money than buying a cheap crappy 'deep treatment' from the shops which has CEMENT in it. (yes actual cement) although they will give it a more appealing name in the ingredients list
Yes girls coconut oil, you've probably heard of using it before on hair,
but to get a really good result dont buy the clear kind.
always buy the white kind which hasnt been fractionated or processed to make it clear.
Coconut oil is brilliant for all types of things, for your skin, your hair your bones, your bodily functions, your health, for food and even helps ibs sufferers.

So how what does it look like and why does it help?

So, this coconut oil is white and is hard in a pot.
The best kind to get is coconut oil that slowly melts on body heat.
So if i take some of this out, and place into my hands the heat from my hands will slowly melt the oil.
not dramatically, but easy enough to spread.
on contact coconut oil will melt and spread on your skin and hair clearly if its already melted before you place it on .

it helps by moisturizing with its high protein and fatty acid content
and how to make this lovely coconut oil into an oil is as follows.

Take a Table spoon or desert spoon and scoop out 1, 2, or 3 spoonfulls and place into a bowl or glass pitcher

once you have done that, you can decide weither to add another emolient, such as organic shea butter or mango butter (if you have it) to make it extra special.

for myself i leave it with just coconut oil

Now add a chosen oil to the mix, such as Extra Virgin olive oil,  Organic Avacado oil  I have used extra virgin olive oil (or if your feeling experimental soy sauce, which has high amino acid content but smells lol). ive measured the ammount to put in with a cap. although you can put it in straight from the bottle.

now all you need to do is, mix the contents together in your bowl or pitcher, (dont worry it doesnt have to be melted to be mixed) just make sure, you mix it and then you can decide weither you want to use straight from the bowl or to melt it using a cap full or shot glass of boiling water (depending on how much oil you've used).
I chose to use my fingers to melt the mixture, and then apply to my hair
that way you know that you are not losing any of the nutrients or fatty chain of acid.
and will result in smoothe silky hair.

This of course is an easy tutorial, but some people can make the mistake of using coconut oil on dry hair which is not good as it will cause build up if used too much, unless your hair is super damaged and you are expecting to wash it soon i dont recomend.  Only put this on towel dried, semi wet (from hot water) hair, as hot water opens the cuticles, so by letting the coconut oil in you are getting more of a better result.
leave on for as long as you like, i recomend 30 minutes but if your struck for time or only using a little ammount try just 10 minutes with your hair wrapped under a towel and using a hairdryer to warm the folicles.

also dont forget to store your coconut oil in a Dark dry place, such as a kitchen  dont use the bathroom, your coconut oil will go stale quick like my old batch OOPS ;D

FORGET ARGAN OIL AND OTHER BAND WAGONS (AND THE COMPANIES THAT GO ALONG WITH IT TO RIP YOU OFF), GO FOR SOMETHING CHEAP NATURAL AND HAS BEEN USED FOR HUNDREDS OF YEARS ON SKIN AND HAIR!

please dont use this if your alergic to coconut oil although rare, just like anything. do a test on your wrist or back of neck, if you have had reactions previously to coconut.

Hope this works for you & please give it a try if your hair is in desperate need for a deep treatment.

my hair grew last year after i used coconut oil on my hair and no heated tools for 6 days, it grew dramatically couldnt believe it really, but its stiffening my belief in that it does do what its supposed to do.

i brought this new batch so im using it after every hair wash :)

lots of love may continue today with an extra post, i dont want to annoy anybody tho

IM BACK! Mini Review: Must Have Holiday Items + more

Hi all! hope your all having a great day,
as you may know, im back from holiday now, on the last days it was raining -.-
but thats life, i had a break nothing more nothing less.
Im greatful for it, but it would have been so much better somewhere like Hawaii or something.
Anyways, I'm gonna show you all 5 of my must haves, and 5 'just for fun items' i took with me.

-Must haves-

1. Tea Tree Soap 2% (Vegetable based + natural) from my workplace,
I suffer with what im led to believe is Keratosis pilaris, which i have on my face which is the more rare type
i only noticed my skin changing feb time, when my mother was diagnosed with a skin condition she couldnt remember the name of.
and a month or two after i got the same thing, on my face like hers, it's not acne. although some people may assume KP is acne
KP comes from an excessive form of keratin in the skin (basically the building blocks to good hair, skin and nails).
It's heredatry, so yay to my future kids lol!
It doesnt go away, and im using a Tea tree soap and exfoliating every 2 or 3 days (because im aware of over doing it).
Exfoliating has seen an improvement in my mums face.
and also sort of dying down mine. although they are still there more spread out tho.

I throughly recomend this to anyone whos face is blemmishy or suffers with KP.
This is a natural, cheap soap which has more Tea tree in it than any other soap on the market.
so more power to us :D

also i took Barry M nail paint in Coral! which is a gorgeous poppy colour which suits olive, tanned, and deep skins so well.
Im olive (my mother is a dutch blood italian and all kinds of things mix lol) so i'm olive, although not like the actual fruit :')
it really looks stunning, its very cheap too!

Also i took Calypso Deep Tan bronzing oil which has SPF 30+
I NEVER EVER EVER use spf under 30 unless its winter ect, because no matter how cloudy or frosty it is, theres uva rays.
so imagine when its actually real hot weather, you need more protection!
:D i love this oil because its light, not streaky, gives u a beautiful glow then a tan.
and is very buildable. and cost me only £4! bargain

the next product i took was STILA oil free sheer colour tinted moisturizer which is supposodly has spf 30
but the product itself doesnt have the logo on the front
but its meant to be a different packaging.
It's a great tinted colour, the shade i got was medium because theres no stila counter anywhere near me. so i had to buy online
and medium light is a very universal colour for me,
because its not too light, and its not dark,
its just a 'pale light tan' and blends into my complexion very well.
has never broken me out and provides me with the best 'natural look' i could ever hope for.

last but not least out of my musts i brang My hair care nutrients by life plan.
why? well my hairs in bad condition and has split ends almost everywhere you see.
i very rarely hot style my hair now unless i have to.
and i am doing a treatment every 3 weeks and washing my hair less (as water damages the cuticle)
i am also using a splitender by talavera which is working well.
these tablets, have lots of nutrients inside.
such as biotin which is a common ingredient in most hair suppliments
and others.
Ive seen a growth in my hair but that could be down to absolute anything.
I stopped taking sea kelp suppliments from work.
because these have enough iodine in it to protect my thyroid in case of another biohazard event regarding japan's disaster.

Other Fun items:

In my other pic, i brought with me my
Nude heel platforms

Parissa Wax strips which are super super nice! best strips ive ever used

NO7 starry eyes a beautiful gift i got for my bday last year,
i use the gold colour a lot! its so pretty!

My Green Opium looking Shisha or (Shesha, sheesha, hookah) whatever people call it ;D
i'm slowly getting addicted to smoking non tabbacco soex the charcoal really calms down my breathing and i usually sleep well that night i smoke.

and my insence sticks, i brought the stubby versions with me but they're the same brand and scent.
the smells gorgeous and my mother loves it!

i hope you have all enjoyed this post
I have a request from you!
a question whats the 5 favourite things you like to take with you on holiday?

(: comments appreciated.

much love

Calvin Klein Delicious Pout Flavoured Lipgloss Review Swatch on Lips + Update !

Hi Guys :D

Just going to give you a short little review on
Calvin Kleins Delicious Pout Lipgloss in Colour Fiesta 403?
I'm actually rushing this a little as im packing for my holiday and
i want a really devine sleep tonight cause we'll be on the road in a few hours.
Anyway back to the review :D
I'm going to start with a sumarized product description from the internet
all i could find online was this

"Delicious Pout adds a transparent, weightless shine with a hint of flavor that is so sparkly, so shiny and so utterly gorgeous.

This delicious gloss, enriched with a subtle flavour is formulated with vitamins E and C.

Dermatologist tested "

And heres my SLR taken photo of my ck lipgloss

I do hand on heart believe this formula is a good one for damaged and dry lips as vitamin e helps to soothe and moisturize.
I work around vitamins so it's a really good formula coming from somebody who knows
But.....
Just like most other glosses it has unsavory ingredients that appear on the back.
that doesnt bother me too much, but if your paying extra for a quality brand such as CK.
(which is a quality brand, i'll explain later why i think so with the foundation).
you'd expect to see less chemicals in it? no? maybe its just me :'(.

I wear this lipgloss sometimes like at work :)!, but i prefer to layer it over a nude for a glossy effect.
The shade Fiesta Is pictured as a bright corally fuschiaish colour.
and theres flecks of gold and glitter in the gloss itself (suitable for warm toned skins :) ) which you can see through the tube.

Sounds so amazing right?! :D
But... sorry guys, i swatched it on the back of my hand and suprise! the gloss has little to any pigment in it.
no point at all to swatch to anybody as you will not be able to see anything otherthan a slight gloss and minimal gold shimmer.
So the colour expectation completely goes out the window.
Not a problem at all if you was expecting something sheer.
as it really is sheer, more like a MLBB (my lips but better) what you could expect from any clear gloss with flecks in it

Now for the consistanty,
the consistantcy of the gloss is a medium-thick almost jelly type sticky application,
The tube can confuse you into thinking its a twisty, but its not you have to pull it,
And application of the product is tricky as you will need a brush or something to get a less Jello Look to your lips.
I hate that look, but if you like it im sure its not a problem at all :).

and last but not least,
The flavouring side of the lipgloss.
Well, what can i say i dont eat my glosses lol?
but the 'flavour' is a bland chemicaly organic smelling one.
Mine smells a bit like watermelon but if you get some on your teeth by accident.
(ive done this several times cause of the tube shape).
You will notice that its a bittery chemical taste D; and you wont like the scent or much of the texture again

Heres a picture of me wearing it on my lips, its so sheer it wasnt worth a hand shot.

So i'm going to End with my main end point review.

Good points:
Vitamins C + E to protect your lips from free radicals and also helps with moisturizing your lips much longer than conventional 'jello' like glosses.
A BIG 12ML (0.4fl) WORTH OF PRODUCT! which is enough to send you ladies drooling as many lipglosses contain as little as 2-5ml these days.
Scent not too overpowering and certainly isnt the icky floral type scented type.
Can be cheap so low on $$££
Very suitable for teenagers, the workplace and formal events.

Neutral points:
Flavoured, as some people hate it and some people love it.
Melon Scent.

and now for the not so good points:
Not a good colour pay off at all, very sheer which is disapointing if you brought for the colour in the tube
Can be expensive depending on if CK is not on offer in your country.
Normal medium type sticky formula which can irritate people like me with longer hair
Overal
I'd say its a quality product with many good ingredients that some brands do not contain
and is worth the money i paid for it.
not going to buy again seeing as theres little to any colour pay off, and i'd rather try my luck elsewhere.
So i'll Give this product
3 out of 5 hearts, Rather good but not lovely
have you tried this gloss? do you recomend another brand?? :D
love to hear from you <3 x

PS: might be a while till my next post as i said im holidaying, i will get straight back down to business once im back though! i'll be back next weekend <33 keeped locked in for more of my posts.
