Things i would probably find very hard to live without

Hello ladies/fellas long time no see <3

Yes once again, i took a break. having a blog is very hardwork. i commend those who update everyday i couldnt do that, its hard enough as it is lolol.

so anyway, i really thought about a new post. and
something that interests a lot of individuals including myself is things people cannot live without.
now this post is not strong as 'cannot live without' because i probably could. its just i wouldnt want to survive without these. haha.

we live in a very materialistic world and i hardly regard anything special in my life if its a manmade object.
in theory the only things i couldn't live without is Family and friends, and wouldn't be here till this day
so thank you, all of those i regard as friends. and all my family. i love you dearly!

So lets get started right? i'll do a gradual breakdown in what is important to me. but i wont make this a massive essay lol :D feel free to tell me how boring i am lol

so Health, Cosmetics, hair wise

here we go.

Here we have the goodies.

Probably would find it hard to live without

My supplements
then again it is my job to sell them, i just had so many positive experiences with all natural plants,
and food sources. i find it a tragedy that the government is doing whatever it can to ruin the market for natural supplements and vitamins, big pharma wins again i guess?. but in particular, Hemp seed oil i take almost everyday without fail, its a great moisturizer for my body. keeps my heart healthy and running the way it should, keeps me alert, and my IQ high LOL contains all my needed Omegas and vitamin E, also i take Vitamin C! i don't eat enough oranges to get all my C's unfortunately so that's why i supplement it in my diet. also Marine collagen and glucosamine cause i run a lot  and work in retail (if i sat down i would get fired) so i ache like a bitch, the collagen for my skin is such an added bonus LOL :), Spirulina the worlds greatest superfood source, its algae, and people could eat it forever and it would contain all your basic vitamins and minerals to keep you away from illness. i have to supplement it as it would be far to expensive to eat it everyday as its not widely farmed... hydroxytryptophan to keep me happy during that horrible time of the month lol, L-carnitine for my running, helps keep me going for longer, protein which converts itself into an amino acid and also tricks the body into burning fat stores when doing cardio, don't take it as i used to as my legs are pure steel muscle man....like wtf...lolol

now moving on.
My hair
cant really live without those GHDS (£100) that will be soon replaced by joico's as i have a crack in mine *sad face*

Organic Shampoos such as Dr organic's royal jelly. (£5.40) I rarely use anything synthetic in my hair anymore. it doesnt have to be dr organic as a brand but just anything natural tbh. i feel the difference when i use natural stuff.

OSIS Schwarzkopf Hair care line (In salons or beauty supply)
The waving spritz (surfs up about £8) make my hair super nice moisturized and brings out my natural wave.
i also love the flattening blow drying liquid smells a bit too nice tho (£9+)

now moving on to moi face.
I use dr organic Tea tree facial wash (£6-£7) everyday, and also avalon organics vitamin C facial wash ($6 or £7-£8 over here) when i need a bit of a pick me up (I suffer with dull olive skin sometimes). i couldn't wish to live without them. im fine with the skincare line i use and would feel lost without their creamy goodness :( it is also natural, vegan friendly, beautiful formula and feels great, protip:; if you want better skin. dont keep using drugstore crap you gotta invest and it will certainly be worth it beyond belief <3

(i nearly died after writing that piece cause i closed the page by accident and i was like OMGWTFBBQ.......) LMAO thank you blogspot for drafting this baby up.

so anyway i always forget to take my make up off but when i dont.

i use the botanical collection which is organic (£5?) and i also use pure olive oil in my cuboard that would give any expensive kanebo or other raved about asian oil a run for its money
and its all free in your house.

you see a pack of nuts? yeah nuts im nuts for nuts. i'll eat em anywhere. i pick up a cute packet of nuts and they'll last me a while cause i eat a few each day :). keeps all those essential fats and that much needed energy in me all day.

couldnt do much without my lippys, but they better be extremely moisturizing ;;inset:: No7 moisture drench £10, Bourjois Dr Glamour lipstick £4, i care a lot about the wear and tear of my lips too so i keep them covered with a born lippy from bodyshop cant beat it! £4?

i would scream without my eyebrow pencil too....bit extreme but i need my eyebrows looking thick & luscious FAST! I use a rimmel £3 in hazels browns and blonde.

Bronzer is a must have for me in my rushing days out, i need my cheekbones standing out and looking glowing!

Concealer for my under eyes hides last nights activities from natural collection.

blush from sleek cause i like to stand out :) £4?

essie nail polish because you cannot go wrong with a bit of essie. ;) ( i have a massive stash i need to get through still lol)

last but not leasts:
my trusty princess mirror from denmark lisbeth dahl so beautiful. the cheapest item i brought in denmark....no idea how or why.

and all my items are laying on a large microdermabrasion cloth from Stan in the USA. Yes thank you stan. best cloth i ever brought LOL u thinking wtf she brought a cloth from america? yes i did. and damn happy i did that, brilliant stuff. nice to see new skin unveiling itself days after use.

I'll carry on with a part two otherwise this shitt be toooo long lol

thank you for reading, please tell me what you cant live without. maybe post about it cause im  interested xxxo
